Açai Bowl Recipe

Have you tried Açai? Recently, it has been all the rage in health and weight management articles. It offered anti-inflammatory nutrients and healthy fats.

The Açai berry fresh  

This ingredient is hard to find fresh but you can buy it frozen. Below is a recipe I found for an Açai Bowl in Amazing Wellness Magazine. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

The Recipe:

2 frozen packets of Açai

1/2 banana

1/8 cup Apple juice

1/4 cup strawberries 3/4 cup raspberries

Looks tasty!  

Use a high power blender and blend all ingredients. Serve in a bowl and top with granola, berries, and dark chocolate chips.
